Personal data will be processed in accordance with EU Reg. 679/2016 and Legislative Decree 196/2003 and ss.mm. on the basis of consent to enable registration and participation in the webinars and the event, the legitimate interest of the Data Controller (functional activities for the preparation of the event, management and processing of data subject requests, customization of events) and for the possible fulfillment of legal obligations.  

Processing may be done through manual processing or electronic tools by designated personnel.

The provision of personal data marked as mandatory is necessary for the above activities. In case of refusal to provide the requested mandatory personal data, it will not be possible to participate in the webinar.

Personal data will be kept for the time necessary for the fulfillment of the indicated purposes. The Data Controller is STIM S.r.l. contactable at the following e-mail address: info@stimtlc.it, which the data subject may contact to exercise his/her rights (access, integration, rectification, cancellation, restriction, opposition, portability). In addition to the above rights, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

With the consent of the data subject, personal data may be used by STIM Group companies for the optional sending of the newsletter for information, updating and marketing purposes. Consent is revocable at any time by following the instructions in any e-mail or by writing to the Holder's contact address.

Personal data may be transferred, with the consent of the data subject, to event partners for marketing purposes according to the privacy policies of those partners available on their respective websites. Consent can be revoked at any time by following the instructions in any e-mails received from partners.
