Love is Love - The Exclusive Premiere of the Short Film by STIM Tech Group & Ferrafilm
A desire to send a strong message, unique in our field, of inclusiveness and acceptance of the other: Love is Love, a short film produced by STIM Tech Group & Ferrafilm, is the opportunity to unite two international days, the day against homophobia, biphobia and transphobia, and the telecommunications and information society day.
Brainchild of Stefano Marazzi, CEO of STIM Tech Group, the short film was officially launched on all platforms last May 17, coinciding with the two days that inspired it. The desire is to raise awareness in a booming market about an important but still underestimated issue by rewarding a local reality of professionals in the field.
"I said to myself, I represent a company that makes telecommunication media its core business, why not change the paradigm and try to communicate, on this double day, the irrational in us? Love is Love is the dream of conveying to our young people the ability to extend a hand toward a friend, to be able to give true meaning to the 'word' inclusiveness, to make a feeling of friendship, of confrontation and not of discrimination arise from an emotion. But it is also a reminder to our generation, to parents who on few occasions have been able to deal with an act of love without superstructure and prejudice. Because after all... Love is Love!"
Stefano Marazzi, CEO STIM Tech Group
The Premiere of the short film, held on the evening of Friday, May 17 in an exclusive event at the beautiful Terrazza Martini in Milan, was a unique opportunity to meet the actors, producers and all the professionals who made an incredible achievement possible in a very short time.
"Love is Love is a cinematographic work, guided by the social sensibility that characterizes Ferrafilm's production and aims to deal with the theme of homophobia and universal love with delicacy and depth," says director Francesco Ferraiuolo, " This project was born from the great conviction of the client, the STIM Tech Group, and we at Ferrafilm could not help but seize it on the fly, making the short film in the record time of just over a month from conception to final release and was made possible thanks to the great attention, collaboration and professionalism of all the staff and cast involved."
In fact, Love is Love boasts the participation of many well-known faces from the Italian cinema scene and beyond: among the most important names were Sergio Muniz and Pietro Morello, who spoke at the end of the screening to further motivate and support the message that was chosen to be conveyed.
The short film can be viewed on all STIM Tech Group social profiles and on the Group's YouTube channel. Hoping that, by the power of example, this project will open up constructive discussions in our industry, we can only wish you good viewing:
